Experience Required: 10–15 years in state level operations preferably prior experience from Health sector.
Education: Postgraduate in any discipline
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary State Program Manager to lead and manage the 108 Emergency Response Services across Andhra Pradesh. This role demands a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, liaise with high-level stakeholders, and ensure timely and efficient emergency response delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the operations of Ambulances in the state of Andhra Pradesh
2. Providing strategic directions to employees.
3. Liaise with stake holders including bureaucracy and business partners
4. Represent in all review meetings with Govt & stake holders
5. Handling Operations Issues and escalations from Key stake holders in the state operations.
6. Responsible for up keeping the operations by monitoring KRAs and KPIs Periodically
7. Responsible for timely release of funds from the Government and coordinating billing process from end to end.
8. Periodically ensure optimal media coverage of about 108 services in the assigned area of operations.
9. coordination with internal Departments for imparting training and skill development activates.
10. Maintaining and developing brand equity of the organization by engaging the media meaningfully and countering the negations
11. Adhere to SOP’s & SLA’s of the program conduct review meetings periodically should extensively travel all the ambulance segments.
12. To monitor operations regularly on day to day basis
13. Generate District wise monthly reports
14. TO train the EMTs & Pilot on SLA’s & SOPs
15. To Conduct mandal wise review meeting to ascertain the operations gap.
16. Cover all ambulance at once in 2 months and inspect
17. Should check daily reports of ERC Operations.
18. Identify suitable parking places and sheller for EMI’s & Pilots with rest rooms.
19. Represent BHSPL in regional Govt Meetings
20. Check the status of equipment
21. To address the employee or citizen grievances
22. To be available 24/7 as & when required.
