Education: Graduate / Diploma in Pharmacy
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SCM Manager to oversee the supply chain operations of 108 Emergency Response Services across Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless procurement, inventory management, and distribution of critical medical supplies, drugs, consumables, and vehicle-related materials. This role is essential in supporting uninterrupted emergency services and requires strategic planning, vendor coordination, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring adequate stock levels & on time dispatches of medical consumables & equipment to ambulances.
2. Ensuring adherence to procurement standards.
3. Vendor management.
4. Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve performance and reduce costs
5. Overseeing the purchasing and inventory of goods based on company requirements
6. Managing relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance with terms of contracts
7. Coordinating with other departments such as sales, production, and finance to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of products or services
8. Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all aspects of supply chain operations
9. Maintaining accurate records of supply chain activities, including tracking, measurement, reporting and analysis of performance data.
10. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
11. Develop and maintain detailed reports of supply chain metrics
12. Proficient in databases
13. To be available 24/7 as & when required.
