Job Title: Supply Chain Management Executive

Department: 108 Emergency Response Services

Experience Required: Minimum 5-10 years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management

Education: Diploma in Pharmacy

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SCM Executive to support the day-to-day supply chain and inventory operations for 108 Emergency Response Services across Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will assist in procurement, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and ensure the uninterrupted supply of critical drugs, medical consumables, and vehicle-related materials. This role is vital in maintaining the readiness and reliability of emergency services across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Monitors the parts inventory and anticipates parts needs.

2) No of Indents dispatched in full and within 24 hrs. by truck/Total number of indents received

3) Maintain and monitor store inventory, Equipment supply / Item Stock Outs

4) Conduct regular audits of the store's physical and practical condition to ensure quality.

5) Obsolescence, Expiry Items, Obsolete Items

6) Documentation of invoices

7) Utilization of available warehouse space

8) MIS Reports

9) Asset Tracking, Maintain product levels appropriately

10) Check Material Quality

11) To be available 24/7 as & when required.
