Job Title: Executive - Supply Chain

Reports to: Manager - SCM

Subordinates: Not Applicable for this position

WORK PLACE & SCHEDULE: The place of work would be at State head-quarters, Patna, Bihar. The work timing is 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, 6 days in the week, Sundays off/Weekly Offs.

Travel: The Manager - SCM needs to travel to the District / Block Level Offices including MVUs as and when required to assist Manager - SCM for periodical audits. 

Registers Owned: 1. Suppliers master, 2. Assets Register, 3. Goods/material in-ward and Out-ward registers, 4. Warranty details of Medical equipment and MVU Vehicles, 5. Insurances and AMC details & 6. Consumption details etc...

TA & DA: as per the approved Tour plan by State Project Manager, entitlements will be as per company policies.

4. Logistics arrangements 
5. Supplier onboarding
6. Inventory movement tracking
7. District level logistics arrangement  

Qualifications required: Graduate 1 year of work experience in Supply chain / Logistics arrangements.
