Experience Required: 10–15 years in state level operations with experience leading large teams (1000 + members).
Education: Postgraduate in any discipline
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the effective delivery of 108 Emergency Response Services within the region of Andhra Pradesh. This leadership role involves managing large-scale teams, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the visibility and impact of emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for tracking the Vehicles maintenance and operations history.
2) Periodically ensure optimal media coverage of about 108 services in the assigned area of operations.
3) Maintaining and developing brand equity of the organization by engaging the media meaningfully and countering the negations
4) Plan for EMT & Pilot training program Mentioned int he RFP.
5) Should Inspect Ambulances Region wise periodically.
6) Monitor the performance of employees and train them where the change is required.
7) To improve patient satisfaction index.
8) Planning and assigning workload to team members at regional level
9) Create positive and safe working environment for staffs
10) Maintain security and confidentiality of the project information.
11) Check that no unethical practices take place
12) Coordinate with Govt Hospital for better patient care
13) Organize monthly review meeting for all region employees to evaluate their performance
14) Should review RFP to understand the scope of work SLA’s, SOP’s and adhere the same.
15) Customer feedback and customer grievances may be addressed and maintain timelines.
16) Participate and represent BHSPL in district level meeting with all the stake holders. Government.
17) To work after the district supply chain
18) Ensure to submit Daily, Monthly reports.
19) To be available 24/7 as & when required.
