Regional Manager - MVU Bihar
1. JOB TITLE: Regional Manager
2. REPORTS TO: Project Head
3. SUBORDINATES:
1.Driver cum Support staff
2.Veterinarian
3.Para Veterinarian
4.Fleet Executives
5.District Coordinator
4. WORK PLACE & SCHEDULE: The place of work would be at Regional head-quarters. The work timing is 8 am to 4 pm, 6 days in the week, Sundays off/Weekly Offs as per the Mobile Veterinary Unit work plan. In case if required he/she should be available 24/7 * 365 days in a year.
5. TRAVEL: 1 visit per month to 1-2 districts, 1 visit per month to BHSPL State headquarters, 1 visit to State Office at Vijayawada once in a quarter for review meetings.

7. TA & DA: TA & DA as per the approved Tour plan by Project Head, entitlements will be as per company policies.

10. EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: Laptops and internet connection/Modems/Dongles (if any).
11. CRITICAL AREAS IN JOB: Financial accountability, operational accountability, asset custodianship and staff welfare.
12. GRIEVANCE RECORDING: Project Control Center, State Headquarters & Operations command center at Regional Headquarters.
13. DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE: As per instructions from HO
14. SUBSTITUTE POSITION IN CASE OF ABSENCE: Will be decided by Management.
