  1. JOB TITLE: Para – Veterinarian


  1. QUALIFICATION: 10+2 (with Biology) or Diploma in Animal Husbandry (DAH) or Diploma in Livestock Extension or Trained AI Worker from any recognized Institution.


  1. SKILLS REQUIRED: Fluent in Speaking Hindi and well aquatinted with Local Language


  1. DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Assistance to Veterinary Doctors in implementing good service delivery to animals/birds at the Village/poultry level. Accuracy in reporting lab results. Dispensing medicines as per prescription advised by the Veterinary Doctor. Record keeping.

  1. WORKPLACE & SCHEDULE: The place of work would be at the respective Mobile Veterinary Unit. The work timing is 8 am to 4 pm, 6 days a week, Sundays off/Weekly Offs as per the Mobile Veterinary Unit work plan. In case if required he/she should be available 24/7 * 365 days in a year.


  1. TRAVEL: Para-Veterinarian needs to travel along with the MVU to the village level to assist the Veterinary Doctor in providing treatment to animals & birds at Villages and Poultry farms. Assisting Veterinary Doctors in Artificial Insemination (AI), vaccination, basic lab tests, and medicine injections to animals.

COMPLIANCEAssistance to Veterinary Doctors in implementing good service delivery to animals/birds at the Village/poultry level. Accuracy in reporting lab results. Dispensing medicines as per prescription advised by the Veterinary Doctor. Record keeping.
SUPPLY CHAINCheck the required quantity of Medicines, Labs, and medical consumables before starting a camp day refill if required.
