Job Title: Manager Analytics

Department: 108 Emergency Response Services

Experience Required: Minimum 10–15 years in analytics, operations, public health, or a related field

Education: Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or Operations Research)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager – Analytics to lead data-driven initiatives for 108 Emergency Response Services across Andhra Pradesh. This role involves designing and executing analytical projects, building robust reporting systems, and generating actionable insights to improve emergency healthcare delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational analytics and be capable of collaborating across departments to enhance the Sense, Reach, and Care components of the emergency response ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop intimate knowledge of processes in the Sense, Reach, and Care businesses. Extend knowledge base to include support functions processes also.

2. Developing, Defining and finalizing the projects for analytics.

3. Team related administrative tasks.

4. Negotiating and defining SLAs for service providers.

5. working with management to prioritize business and information needs.

6. overseeing the design and delivery of reports and insight that analyze business functions and key operation.

7. performing data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.

8. Ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal process and procedure for analytics employees to follow.

9. To be available 24/7 as & when required.
