Lab Technician - AP-104 Mobile Medical Unit
JOB DESCRIPTION – LAB TECHNICIAN
1. JOB TITLE: LAB TECHNICIAN
2. REPORTS TO: Operations Executive

4. WORK PLACE & SCHEDULE: The place of work would be at respective Mobile Medical Unit. The work timing is 8 am to 4 pm, 6 days in the week, Sundays off/Weekly Offs as per the Mobile Medical Unit work plan. In case if required he/she should be available 24/7 * 365 days in a year.
5. TRAVEL: Lab Technician needs to travel along with the MMU to the village level to assist PHC Deployed Medical Officer in providing treatment to general public visiting to MMUs. Assisting Medial Officer in conducting required lab tests prescribed by the Medical Officer.

7. TA & DA: Not applicable for day-to-day duty. In case of any relieving / ADHOC duties the travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company Travel Policies. DA is not applicable for this position.

10. EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: Android Tablet/Laptop for data entry and Lab tests results update in EHR.
11. CRITICAL AREAS IN JOB: Lab Equipment upkeeping, maintenance, accuracy in sample drawing and test results reporting.
12. GRIEVANCE RECORDING: Operations Executive @MMU, District Manager, Regional Manager at region level and State Program Head at BHSPL Headquarters.
13. DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE: As per instructions from HO
14. SUBSTITUTE POSITION IN CASE OF ABSENCE: ADHOC/Temporary/relieving staff will be recommended by the Operations Executive and will be arranged after approval from The District Manager.
15.Lab Technician is responsible for MMU interior cleanliness. With the help of Drivers Lab Technician yo ensure hygiene of the MMUs
