- Job Title: HR – Manager
- LOCATION: State Head Office, Patna, Bihar
- QUALIFICATION: MBA (HR) with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the Healthcare Services domain.
- SKILLS REQUIRED: Fluent in Speaking Hindi and well aquatinted with Local Language, Talent Acquisition, HR – Generalist, L&D, ERP – HRMS, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relationship (IR) & Statutory affairs
- DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Talent Acquisition, Competency Mapping, Rewards & Recognitions, Learning & Development, IR & Statutory affairs
- Talent Acquisition:
- ·Streamline Recruitment process with clear roles and specific Time frames to close each vacant position. e-recruitment tools, New Placement consultants, building an Internal HR database
- ·Improve external perception as a Preferred employer. Create a strong Employer Branding for BHSPL through various forums
- Team Development:
- ·Competency Mapping for various roles across the organization
- ·Activities to improve employee morale and increase the sense of belonging - Building BHSPL as a preferred employer for attracting & retaining talent.
- Employee Engagement:
- ·Development & implementation of action plans, based on feedback received from Employee survey
- ·Implementation of the HR Portal - Platform for regular communication & feedback
- ·Cascade business priorities & have regular interaction to receive employee feedback & concerns
- Productivity, Efficiency, and Skill Development
- ·Implement KRA & KPI system across all employees.
- ·Learning and Development activities for skill enhancement of the team.
- ·Implement Periodic performance reviews, feedback, and appraisal mechanisms.

- HR Executives – Recruitment
- HR Executives – General Administration
- HR Executives – Employee Engagement & Trainers
- HR – Industrial Relations & Statutory affairs
- WORKPLACE & SCHEDULE: The place of work would be at the State Head Office, Patna, Bihar. The work timing is 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, 6 days a week, Sundays off/Weekly Offs as per the Mobile Veterinary Unit work plan. In case if required he/she should be available 24/7 * 365 days a year.
- TRAVEL: The HR – Manager position would require travel to the District Level for recruitment, Employee Grievance redressal, and Regional Meetings at Regional headquarters.

- ERP – HRMS database management (online)
- Grievance redressal communications
- HR – Industrial Relations (internal & External communications register)
- ADHOC/Contractual resources database and wage registers
- EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: Laptop, e-mail ID, SharePoint access, HR-HRMS access, Business Cards & other required amenities to perform his / her duties.
- CRITICAL AREAS IN JOB: Recruitment, General Administration, Payroll Management, Grievance redressal, Industrial Relations & Statutory Management.
- GRIEVANCE RECORDING: State Project Manager @State Head Headquarters & 1962 command call center at State Headquarters.
- DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE: As per instructions from HO
- SUBSTITUTE POSITION IN CASE OF ABSENCE: The State Project Manager will act in charge in case of absence exigencies. If the position is absent for more than 7 days without prior intimation/notification to the State Projec Managerer, such cases will be dealt t withs per company HR policies and procedures.
