QUALIFICATION: MBA (HR) with minimum 2 years of work experience in Recruitment and General Administration.

SKILLS REQUIRED : Fluent in Speaking Hindi and well aquatinted with Local Language, Talent Acquisition, HR – Generalist, ERP – HRMS, Employee Engagement & Attendance Management

DESIRED EXPERIENCE : Talent Acquisition, Competency Mapping, Rewards & Recognitions, General Administration & Knowledge on ERP – HRMS Software.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

a.     General Administration:

·Recruitment support

·Joining / Onboarding formalities

·HR Inductions for new joiners

·ID creation

·Attendance Management (Collection & compilation)

·Exit process (Full & Final Settlements) 

b.     Employee engagement / delight :

·Organize events for employees

·Facilitate employee participation

·Coordinate functional / technical knowledge sharing sessions / trainings

·Assist Field / SHO employees in carrier growth in consultation with functional leaders. 

·Assist HR Manager in implementation of action plans, based on feedback received from Employee survey

c.      Productivity, Efficiency and Skill Development

·Facilitate/Assist HR Manager Implementing KRA & KPI system across all employees.

·Coordinate Learning and Development activities for skill enhancement of the team.

·Support functional leaders in Implementing Periodical performance review, feedback and appraisal mechanism.

4. WORK PLACE & SCHEDULE: The place of work would be at State Head Office, Patna, Bihar. The work timing is 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, 6 days in the week, Sundays off/Weekly Offs as per the Mobile Veterinary Unit work plan. In case if required he/she should be available 24/7 * 365 days in a year.

5. TRAVEL: HR – Executive position would require to travel to District Level for recruitment, Employee Grievance redressal and Regional Meetings at Regional Head Quarters.

·Details of Veterinary Colleges, Training Institutes and concerned official contacts database. 

·Attendance records of all staff

·HR Process Manual

·ERP – HRMS data base management (online)

·ADHOC/Contractual resources database

7. TA & DA: All emoluments towards Travel and Hotel accommodation facilities will be as per position entitlements and travel policy of the company.

8. JOB FUNCTIONS & KPIs:

Will be decided by HR – Manager

9. EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: Desktop, e-mail ID, Share Point access, HR-HRMS access & other required amenities to perform his / her duties.

10. CRITICAL AREAS IN JOB: Recruitment, General Administration, Attendance Management & HR Database Management in ERP – HRMS system.

11. GRIEVANCE RECORDING: State Project Manager @State Head Headquarters & 1962 command call center at State Headquarters.

12. DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE: As per instructions from HO

13. SUBSTITUTE POSITION IN CASE OF ABSENCE: The HR - Manager will act as in-charge in case of absence exigencies. If the position is absent for more than 7 days without prior intimation / notification to HR - Manager, such cases will be dealt as per company HR policies and procedures.
