1 Extensive experience in HR work, such as Recruitment, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies
2. Ability to make key strategic decisions for the company and delegate tasks to the HR department as per their priority
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Thorough knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
5. Oversee employee recruitment process, wage settlements, and dismissals
6. Collaborate with the department heads to manage the company’s HR policies following a fixed system
7. Assist the HR department in the company’s recruiting process and employee compensation
8. Maintain all statutory and liaisons up to date
