Experience Required: Minimum 5 years , preferably in fleet or operations management. Strong computer skills are essential.
Education: Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Executive to support the ambulance fleet operations for 108 Emergency Response Services in Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for daily operational monitoring, report preparation, and coordination with the field and technical teams to ensure smooth fleet functioning. This role demands strong data handling, coordination, and problem-solving abilities to support real-time emergency service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily reports, Monthly reports Preparation, Daily, weekly review data preparation, MIS reports, SS Plan & adherence.
2. Approvals, accident analysis, Refurbishment activity, Major repair assessment, Training's and Spl Tasks
3. Fuel management, Fuel reconciliation, FMS Application, IOC & BPC payment mode updating in every month and Training's
4. Fleet statutory works, Insurance renewals, Insurance claims follow-up, FC, RTA works and Major accident repairs follow-up
5. Off Road vehicles follow-up, Spares supply, Tyres, Battery's validation and Supply, Low KMPL vehicles follow-up, Training's
6. Bills entry, Bills Validation Bill Reconciliation, Payment details and Training
7. To be available 24/7 as & when required.
