Experience Required: 3- 5 Years
Education: MBBS With additional qualification in Emergency Medicine Or Anaesthesia Or 3 Years Experience in Casualty / ED after MBBS with good Training Skills.
Role Summary:
An Emergency Response Center Physician (ERCP) Specialist provides immediate and life-saving medical care to patients experiencing acute medical emergencies. This includes assessing and diagnosing patients, developing treatment plans, administering medications and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. They also play a crucial role in stabilizing patients, managing complex situations, and ensuring appropriate referrals or discharge.

·Clear and concise communication with patients, families, other healthcare professionals, and emergency services is vital.
·Making quick and accurate decisions under pressure is crucial for ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
·Analyzing complex situations, evaluating evidence, and making sound judgments based on available information is essential for effective emergency care.
Key Responsibilities:
·Quickly assess incoming patients to determine the severity of their condition and prioritize care.
·Provide prompt treatment for life-threatening conditions like cardiac arrest, trauma, stroke, and other emergencies.
·Stabilize patients and prepare them for further care, whether that's transfer to specialized units, discharge, or referral to other medical specialists.
·Perform procedures like intubation, CPR, wound management, and other interventions to stabilize patients.
·Communicate effectively with other members of the emergency team, including nurses, paramedics, and other physicians.
·Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
·Provide necessary instructions and guidance to patients and their families before discharge.
·Participate in initiatives to improve the quality and safety of emergency care
·Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in emergency medicine through continuing medical education.
