Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced District Manager to manage and ensure the effective functioning of 108 Emergency Response Services within assigned district(s) of Andhra Pradesh. This position requires hands-on operational oversight, team coordination, and engagement with local stakeholders to deliver timely emergency response services.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for Operations of Ambulances in the assigned district(s).
2) To organize training to the pilots in the area of operations
3) Handling operations issues and escalations from key stake holders in the district.
4) Maintaining good Hospital Relations to ensure prompt care of patients taken by 108
5) Responsible for handling maximum emergencies possible in the assigned territory through the optimum utilization of available resources through proper manpower planning & positioning, better fleet management to ensure maximum uptime of ambulances.
6) Responsible for Partner relations, leveraging Govt. Relations in the Districts.
7) Adhere to SLAs on conduct of Executive Committee meeting with the District Collector(s), once in every quarter and also represent BHSPL in all review meetings in the district conducted by Govt. Authorities.
8) Handling operations issues and escalations from key stake holders in the district.
9) Effectively manage and motivate Field manpower for smooth operations.
10) Ensure cordial relations with the Media, conduct Press meets periodically and ensure optimal media coverage about 108 services in the assigned area of operations.
11) Develop comprehensive plans to conduct EM training programs in the assigned territory.
12) Responsible for conducting brand awareness campaigns/activities/public engagement activities Presentations, Events, co- branding etc .
13) Identify and develop new Vendors (Fleet, Fuel, Oxygen) in district/ assigned area of operations and effectively manage vendor relations for smooth operations.
14) Driving Key Initiatives for strengthening operations.
15) Handling & dissemination of MIS reports.
16) Should check the status of medical equipment calibration.
17) Inspect ambulance on regular basis.
18) Inspect all the register in the ambulance and identify suitable parking.
19) Should ensure safety of the employees.
20) Should address employee grievances.
21) Check the integrity of employees.
22) To improve patient satisfaction index.
23) Planning and assigning workload to team members at regional level
24) Create positive and safe working environment for staffs
25) Maintain security and confidentiality of the project information.
26) Cheek the vehicle registration
27) Check that no unethical practices take place
28) Customer feedback and customer grievances may be addressed and maintain timelines.
29) To be available 24/7 as & when required.
