Experience Required: Minimum 5–10 years in a supervisory role, preferably in fleet or operations management. Strong computer skills are essential.
Education: Postgraduate/ Graduate in any discipline
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Fleet Head to lead and manage the ambulance fleet operations for 108 Emergency Response Services of Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal availability, functionality, and safety of ambulances across the region, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and compliance. This is a key leadership role requiring excellent coordination, planning, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Managing the fleet strength of ambulances.
2) Ensuring the all the fleet related parameters for best-in-class EM services.
3) Tracking the ageing of the ambulance and ensuring SLA adherence as recommended by the manufacturer.
4) Liaising with government for any new deployments or replacing the existing ambulances.
5) Defining the metrics for Fleet team.
6) Responsible for Quality initiatives related with fleet.
7) Coordination with Training and Development activities for EMT’s & Pilots.
8) Liaising with respective Dist Government authorities regarding Fleet related issues. Eg: RTAs.
9) Implementation of review mechanisms and follow up measures.
10) Implementation of Cost saving methods in fuel conservation and Repairs maintenance cost.
11) Budget planning for Respective state fleet
12) In check the uptime of ambulance.
13) To be available 24/7 as & when required.
