  1. JOB TITLE: District Coordinator


  1. QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of Operations Management experience in the field of Healthcare, Logistics, or fleet Management.


  1. SKILLS REQUIRED: Fluent in Speaking Hindi and well aquatinted with Local Language, Team management, Basic Vehicle & Logistics management Skills & good interpersonal communication skills. 


  1. DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Should have Operations management skills of a minimum of 15 vehicles and 40-50 team members management skills. Having experience in Mobile Veterinary Unit services will be given additional advantages.


  1. Salary Package (CTC): 22,000


  1. REPORTS TO: Regional Manager


  1. SUBORDINATES:
  2. Driver cum Support Staff
  3. Para Veterinarian 
  4. Veterinary Surgeon (VS) – Administrative Reporting


  1. WORKPLACE & SCHEDULE: The place of work would be at the respective Mobile Veterinary Unit. The work timing is 8 am to 4 pm, 6 days a week, Sundays off/Weekly Offs as per the work plan communicated by The Regional Manager. In case if required he/she should be available 24/7 * 365 days a year.


  1. TRAVEL: The District Coordinator position would involve extensive travel across all blocks in the districts for supervisory purposes. Should be available for any Block/District level meetings as and when required. Needs to travel to vehicle service points for monitoring and quality check of MVUs Operations at village level.

ASSETS & EQUIPMENT
Assets & equipment custodianship
PEOPLE MGMTStaff leadership, welfare, Team Training, and performance management. Arrangement of ADHOC staff of Veterinary Surgeons, Para – Veterinarian and Driver staff in the MVUs as and when required.

FINANCIAL MGMTShould maintain records of ADHOC resources utilized in the district and should communicate & coordinate with the HR Department through the Regional Manager for payment of such ADHOC payments. Management of Cashbook for advances released from the Accounts Department.   Timely submission of fuel, travel, and other petty cash expenses within 7 days of such expenditure to the accounts department with due approvals from The Regional manager.
INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONSupporting Regional Managers in District & Block level Government official liaison, reporting RM as appropriate. Service reports to Regional Head-Headquarters daily.

COMPLIANCEDistrict/Block-level Clinical and service process accountability, compliance, and improvement

SUPPLY CHAINEnsuring a supply of the required quantity of Medicines, Labs, and medical consumables to all MVUs in the District of his District jurisdiction.

  1. EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: The District Coordinator is responsible for all MVUs, Medical and Non-Medical equipment installed or provided for the smooth operation of MVUs in the District. He will be the custodian of all equipment (IT & Non-IT) provided by the State HQ.


  1. CRITICAL AREAS IN JOB: Meeting Key Performance indicators of the project at the District Level, Government relations, Communication and interpersonal skills, Clinical services accountability, MVU custodianship, Manpower management & team skill development.


  1. GRIEVANCE RECORDING: Regional Manager @ Regional Headquarters & 1962 command call center at State Headquarters.


  1. DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE: As per instructions from HO


  1. SUBSTITUTE POSITION IN CASE OF ABSENCE: The adjacent District coordinator will be deputed by The Regional Manager temporarily. If any District Coordinator is absent for duties without proper notices/communication to Regional Managers, then such District Coordinator will be liable for suspension / disciplinary action as per company HR Disciplinary procedures
