- JOB TITLE: District Coordinator
- QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of Operations Management experience in the field of Healthcare, Logistics, or fleet Management.
- SKILLS REQUIRED: Fluent in Speaking Hindi and well aquatinted with Local Language, Team management, Basic Vehicle & Logistics management Skills & good interpersonal communication skills.
- DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Should have Operations management skills of a minimum of 15 vehicles and 40-50 team members management skills. Having experience in Mobile Veterinary Unit services will be given additional advantages.

District Coordinators – KPI List (Project 1962 MVU)
1. Operational Performance (30%)
a. Daily MVU Operations Monitoring
- MVU will start from 09:00 AM and service should not close before 5 PM.
- Ensure 100 % will be operation on each working day with complete staff. Its total responsibility of DC’s to arrange Adhoc Staff in District.
- Each Staff have to mark their attendance through App only because Govt is monitoring that App and they will pay accordingly.
- Monitor route plan thoroughly because if we don’t follow the route plan, they will charge penalty on us.
- Per day they have to do minimum 2 Villages as mentioned in route plan otherwise that trip is cancelled, if they don’t follow it and payment of that day will be not received.
- All treatment entries are done on App. OPD register and App entries should be matched 100 % for per day. If it is not matched then penalty will be charged by department.
- Ensure All staff present whole day and they will share daily pics with complete staff.
- Ensure that they will do minimum 20 treatments per day/ MVU.
- Mileage of MVU should not be less than 12. Strict action will be taken on all culprit. It DC’s responsibility to control mileage.
- Ensure that per day Microscope is used in Field and Photo’s should be shared.
- Its total responsibility of DC’s that all register available on MVU should be 100 % filled by staff. During the audit by HO, if it is found incomplete strict action will be taken. Those who are not filling register’s, take strict action on them.
b. Call Closure Efficiency
- 100 % of 1962 calls closed on the same day.
- 100 % of cases completed without escalation/delay.
- After getting the emergency call from the Call Centre, try to reach the location within 30 mins.
- After giving the treatment of emergency cases, Close the case within 30 mins otherwise department will charge penalty on us.
- Each case ( emergency and Schedule ) should be closed on same day.
c. Attendance & Reporting
- Ensuring timely attendance of Doctor, Paravet, and Driver in application and prepare it in your excel sheet accordingly. Application is monitored by department.
- Daily cross check the attendance through Video calls.
- Verification of daily route charts and logbooks. Each vehicle has to visit first those villages which is mentioned in route plan. Route plan should be followed 100 % otherwise our payment will be deducted for non-adherence of route plan.
2. Compliance & Documentation (20%)
- Ensuring accurate submission of:
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports
- Medicine stock reports
- Fuel consumption logs
- Vehicle maintenance records
- Staff attendance reports
- Zero non-compliance in audits (internal/external).
3. Government & Stakeholder Coordination (15%)
- Maintaining regular communication with:
- DAHO (Minimum twice in a month)
- TVO ((Minimum once in a month)
- Other district-level authorities.
- Timely submission of required reports- only animal reports (Once in a month)
4. Staff Management & Discipline (15%)
- Monitoring staff behavior, performance & discipline.
- Ensuring no conflicts, absenteeism, or misconduct.
- Timely action and reporting in case of issues.
5. Community Service & Impact (10%)
- Increasing farmer outreach and awareness activities.
- Ensuring proper communication and behaviour by MVU staff with animal owners and Farmers.
- Collect minimum 5 feedback from animal owners and Farmers.
- Send minimum 5 Media Coverage per month
- Send minimum 1 case study per month.
6. Asset & Resource Management (10%)
- Monitoring vehicle condition, GPS functioning, and cleanliness.
- Ensuring stock availability of essential medicines and consumables on MVU.
- Preventing misuse of fuel or project assets.
- All MVU’s assets are govt property so DC has total responsibility to take care of all assets given on MVU.
