Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, create reports, and offer actionable insights based on data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and clean data from primary and secondary sources.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Support data-driven decision-making across departments.

Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Automate repetitive data tasks using scripts (e.g., SQL, Python, or R).

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.

Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
