Job Title: Operations Executive

Department: 108 Emergency Response Services

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role with strong computer skills.

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the daily functioning of 108 Emergency Response Services in a designated territory within Andhra Pradesh. This role involves supervising field operations and ensuring seamless coordination with teams to provide round-the-clock emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for efficient management of 108 services 24/7 in the designated territory

2. .To Manage minimum of 10 Ambulances allocated to him.

3. Preparing the duty roster, Scheduling of resources, Attendance, Leave management and performance Management at Ambulances.

4. Responsible for generating and implementing monthly calendar for ambulance visits, Inspections, and record maintenance.

5. Disseminating the information, processes and policies to the field staff.

6. Responsible for coordinating & executing regular training modules for EMTS/Pilots (Internal/External).

7. Ensuring Employee engagement and Motivation activities

8. Supporting HR team in recruitment /Disciplinary issues/ Grievance redress/ IR Issues.

9. Ensuring partner relations with the district officials and Hospital authorities.

10. Ensuring Media relations and Event management (Vehicle launching, awareness campaigns, Beneficiary meet etc).

11. Should check the status of medical equipment.

12. Inspect ambulance on regular basis.

13. Inspect all the register in the ambulance and identify suitable parking.

14. Should ensure safety of the employees.

15. Should address employee grievances.

16. Check the integrity of employees.

17. Apart from above mentioned tasks, OE might be required to take up activities assigned by their reporting managers on need basis.

18. Identifying shelter for ambulance, restroom for EMTS & Pilots, space for storage medicines and other related things.

19. To be available 24/7 as & when required.
